ELS-Tec Group was founded to develop practical solutions at the intersection of technology, workforce development, education, and community impact. Early work in cybersecurity, government contracting, AgTech product development, and the SecureCell Initiative revealed a broader need for systems that help learners gain real-world experience, demonstrate their abilities, and connect more directly with employers, leading to the development of Catalyst OS.

His work focuses on creating scalable experiential-learning ecosystems that connect education, workforce development, government, nonprofits, employers, and industry. His background also includes cybersecurity contracting supporting U.S. Navy and space-defense environments, as well as AgTech product development.
